“La Belle Aube” by PIERRE: a wonderful song with a stunning video to match – this is a welcome dose of something special.

Opening with mellow synth sounds – against a visual backdrop of snow and ice – we’re immediately hooked by the elegant, indie/dream-pop vibes and warm, luscious bass tone. PIERRE’s voice, singing in French, further adds to the beauty of the song. Unfortunately we don’t speak French, however, we feel that this adds a degree of mystery to the song as the lyrics remain enigmatic to us and allow us to appreciate the song as a whole, honing in more so on the overall vibe, rather than becoming obsessed with its narrative or meaning.

A hugely promising debut single by PIERRE; we’re enthralled by the prospect of future releases.
