“Cyanide” by The Ocean Deep: a hard-hitting alternative-rock song that seems to expertly incorporate a mix of genres; pop/punk, alt-rock and electronic elements are all present in this melting pot of creativity, bringing to mind artists like Anavae, Veridian, and Artio – in short, we love it.

Clocking in at just two minutes and thirty five seconds, this is short and sweet, acting almost as a throwback to the ’50s and ’60s when virtually all songs were under three minutes. This works terrifically well though, keeping the whole song streamlined and driven – ultimately we find ourselves hitting the repeat button: a sure sign of a powerful song. Be warned though, the chorus is incredibly catchy and you may find the song lodged in your mind for days.
